Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only.

Production Time

Every PrismSky product is printed on demand after you place your order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before your order is shipped. Production times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

- United States: 3 to 8 business days
- Canada: 5 to 12 business days
- Australia: 7 to 15 business days
- New Zealand: 7 to 15 business days

Some products may be produced and shipped from a facility in a different country from the one you live in. All delivery times are estimates provided by our fulfilment partner and carriers and are not guaranteed.

Delays

If we become aware that your order will be significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you by email. You may then choose to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Multiple Items

Orders containing more than one item may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. See our Refund Policy for details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Orders refused or returned because of unpaid duties or fees are not eligible for a refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders
